Shipping & Returns Policy

DELIVERY TIMES

Order are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEX, or your local courier depending on your shipping address provided. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch. Shipping times go from 7 to 14 days for your order to be delivered.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our couriers may experience delays in shipping and updating of information due to the restriction of shipping lines. Important medical supplies such as masks and pieces of equipment are being prioritized for shipment during this period. Please allow additional 1-2 weeks for your order to be delivered after it has been processed. Please be assured that we will monitor all orders until it reaches you. We thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes and duties are handled by us.

ORDER TRACKING 

Once your order has been shipped, we will immediately send your Order Tracking Number. If you do not receive your Order Tracking Number within 7 business days from the day you have completed your payment, please contact us for more information.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders that are placed on our site. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@tidyavenue.com.

A large majority of the items in stock are processed within 12 hours. It is, therefore, imperative that you contact us during this period so that we can cancel your order before the end of that period, i.e. before it is processed and/or shipped.

No request for cancellation of your order will be accepted for consideration if it has already been processed.

ADDRESS ERROR

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to give us a precise address modification. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect shipping information instructions. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, addresses incomplete…).

In these last cases, these parcels can be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order minus the shipping costs, or we will propose a re-shipment, according to your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order as long as your package has not been received by the sender.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns free of charge for all reasons! Even you are dissatisfied or you have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is valid 30 days from the day you receive your goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out the return form we provided you with your package, sign it and use the printed label provided with your package to return the product. Refund generally takes up to 30 days to your original mean of payment.

DAMAGE AND DEFECTIVE GOODS POLICY

Occasionally, a product will be damaged in transit, or there maybe a manufacture defect. In that case, please notify us by email within 2 business days and attach a picture of the damaged or defective product. Once our customer car service is notified and approved the return which usually takes up to 3 days, the product must be returned free of charge using the printed return label provided in the package.

Two options are offered:

  • A full refund will be issued to your mean of payment that will take up to 30 days.
  • A replacement of the same or equivalent product
